Mid-August Cruises on Lake Maggiore

The Ferragosto in Laveno is an unmissable event, celebrating its 61st edition this year! On August 15, 2024, the Bay of Laveno will once again light up with magnificent fireworks, transforming the evening into an unforgettable spectacle.

Each year, thousands of visitors flock to Laveno Mombello to partake in this beloved event. This edition will take place on August 13, 14, 15, and 17. All events will be held by the lakeside in Laveno, with the traditional gastronomic stand in Piazza Caduti del Lavoro.

The highlight of this celebration is the fireworks display, considered by many to be the most beautiful in the province, scheduled for 10:30 PM.

The Bay of Laveno, dressed in its evening attire, is ready to offer a magical experience for all participants. The festive atmosphere and the spectacular fireworks make the Ferragosto in Laveno an unmissable event.

Mid-August Cruises on Lake Maggiore

For this occasion, Navigazione Lago Maggiore organizes special Mid-August Cruises, with departures from Laveno, Intra, and Arona. From the boats, it will be possible to admire the Borromeo Gulf, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, and the fireworks display organized by the Laveno Mombello Pro Loco, with return to the departure locations at the end of the show.
